Our Story

Earth Designs Cooperative is a worker-owned co-op. Our vision is to foster meaningful connections between people and their environments through collaborative land stewardship. We specialize in grounds & project management, design & install of hard and soft scapes, vegetable gardens, meadows, forestry, arboriculture, and custom stonework. Our work is infused with eco-friendly and organic methods; we strive to care for every property and each plant with loving respect, maintaining the idea that creating a more sustainable planet rests in the hands of each of us doing our part.

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our work with the land and into our business structure. As a worker cooperative, we're making strides toward social change by securing financial equity and civic engagement for each of our worker-owners and directing our company toward creating a culturally and environmentally conscious future. The worker cooperative model supports and strengthens the business, its workers and the community by creating fulfilling and financially sustainable jobs that inspire worker-owners to be invested in their work and socially and financially able to engage deeply with their community.
